Located in Al Barsha South, the project proposed 41no. hotel apartments in a G+6+R concrete-frame building including retail units and underground parking.

The design was inspired by organic geometry, making it stand out from the surrounding buildings, in a purposeful, yet subtle way. The geometry continues into the ceiling and structure to create a feature reception. Other amenities include a roof top pool and outdoor decking.
