Leila Sobek Represents BMA Studio at Design Perspective Dubai Edition 2025

BMA Studio is proud to announce that our Founder & Director Leila Sobek participated as a panel speaker at the Design Perspective Dubai Edition 2025, held at Atlantis - The Palm.

Leila contributed to the panel discussion titled “One Project, Many Voices: Redefining Stakeholder Collaboration,” a forward-looking conversation exploring how architects, clients, consultants and operators can align process, vision and delivery especially in complex & large-scale developments.

The session brought together leading voices from the regional design industry to unpack how collaboration frameworks, communication strategies and leadership shape successful project outcomes. Over two days, the event gathered prominent architects, designers and consultants to exchange insights on innovation, teamwork and evolving industry practices.

During the discussion, Leila emphasized the pivotal role of architects in guiding multidisciplinary teams with clarity and foresight. She highlighted BMA Studio’s design-led approach where collaboration, vision alignment and leadership are embedded from concept to completion and shared perspectives drawn from the firm’s experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across the region.

“Design excellence is never the effort of one voice. It’s a process shaped through shared responsibility, aligned intent and a respect for both vision and delivery.”

The Design Perspective Dubai Edition continues to serve as an important platform for knowledge exchange within the architecture and design community, advancing conversations around innovation, leadership and the future of built environments.

At BMA Studio, collaboration is not just a methodology, it is part of our design philosophy. We remain committed to fostering dialogue, shaping meaningful partnerships and leading with purpose across every stage of our projects.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to engage in platforms that shape the future of design and practice.
