Located in the proposed resort area Al Sader, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The 10-bed villa was designed as a G+1 holiday beachfront property for a private client.

Our concept design encouraged outdoor use with a large family swimming pool, kids pool, and covered seating areas. The different wings of the building provide separation between family and formal areas, while also ensuring all rooms benefit from the sea view.
