Located in the new residential community of Nad Al Hamar, the G+8+R concrete-framed building is approximately 38m high and will feature 54 residential units, a ground floor car park, gym, and a swimming pool on the roof.

The land constraints were the biggest challenge in designing this project as the land is very tight and also odd in terms of shape. Another issue was that, the client’s brief did not allow to have any basement so the design had to include all parking on ground floor.
